• Counsel clients through the life cycle of a lease from developing and streamlining client lease forms, to the initial lease up phase and letter of intent, through lease negotiation and lease abstracting, and ultimately continuing throughout the life of the lease terms to provide guidance regarding legal issues as they arise

• Client representation in connection with a variety of assets including, enclosed malls, big-box power centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers, urban retail, in-line strip centers, outparcels and single tenant buildings, specialty use and ground leases

• Client representation includes local, regional and national leasing needs for all real estate asset types, including retail, restaurant, movie theater, entertainment, office, medical, warehouse, and industrial

• In house experience includes complicated mixed-use projects, management of outside counsel in connection with new store roll out, working closely with facilities, construction and lease administration to address leasing and day-to-day operational issues

• Practice includes estoppels, SNDAs, guarantees and letters of credit, assignments and subleases, licenses, lease amendments and addendums, recognition agreements and other non-disturbance agreements
